I am reopening this blog to talk about weightloss. I have completely lost my focus on the weightloss front and I need to get it back. I saw the good old ticker on another blog and I remembered how I loved the excitement of putting in the smaller numbers and watching the little beetle make his way across the ruler.
So, the beetle ticker is back, and hopefully i'll have some good weightloss news very shortly.
Starting weight: 80 kilos
I've been hovering around the 80 kilo mark for the past couple of months. When I first moved to Canberra I was about 83. I am NOT doing the whole - I MUST get to a certain number or my "WW recommended weight". Any loss is a good loss.
My goal is to get to 70 kilos and see how I go from there. I would be quite happy to spend the rest of my life at that weight - it's a lot healthier than I am now, that's for sure.
I'm doing loads of incidental exercise (about 30 to 40 mins a day) and i'm not putting on any weight, but i'm eating like a pig. I need to plan my meals, track my food and everything else will fall into place.
Right?
