Lost 0.5kg. Pretty good effort.
Exercise is good.
Eating is still not very good but i'm keeping an eye on things and trying not to eat the biscuits at work. Bringing my own lunch instead of buying it.
Was down to 78.8 on Saturday but it was obviously a faker cos i'm back up now.
Still, onwards and downwards. At least i'm keeping it in the front of my mind and making some effort, which is more than i've been doing for a while now.

Hi Bri, I lost you once you went very private but I understand why you did. I hope things are going well for you and your son. I'm thinking about starting up my blog again (but don't hold your breath), have updated only a couple of times since moving towns last year. Would love to hear how you're doing. I realise it's now time to get serious about my weight too. I updated my profile pic tonight and I have an extra chin or two since the last pic!
